I’m Chloe, a passionate nutrition and health coach

I support women who feel tired, run-down, or out of sync with their bodies to rebuild energy, clarity, and confidence in their health.

My work focuses on supporting healthy ageing at a cellular level through personalised nutrition and lifestyle changes.

I bring these together in The Cellular Reset - a calm, integrative 8-week programme designed to help women feel more energised, focused, and in control of their long-term health.

My programmes will help you lose weight, get back your energy, restore vitality and create lifelong health using the power of beautiful & delicious REAL FOOD. 

I'm here to make it easy for you to eat healthy, delicious food without counting calories or feeling deprived. You'll reset your relationship with food, shift your mindset and build new habits for a complete health transformation.

My Qualifications

I’m trained in The Younger You™ Protocol, Dr Dale Bredesen’s ReCODE protocol for cognitive health, and as an Autoimmune Wellness Coach, alongside my core health coaching qualification from the Health Coach Institute.

This means you’re supported with a thoughtful, evidence-informed approach that looks at the whole picture - nutrition, lifestyle, and long-term health - without extremes, pressure, or overwhelm.
